Ingredients
1/2 Frozen Banana
handful (bigger hands = more nutritional goodness) of Micro greens. Any variety will work - we especially love it with Sunflower Sprouts
1/2 ripe avocado
one mango
1 sprig of mint
a small squeeze of honey or agave
Preparation
Blend it all up and BOOM
