Ingredients

  • 1/2 Frozen Banana

  • handful (bigger hands = more nutritional goodness) of Micro greens. Any variety will work - we especially love it with Sunflower Sprouts

  • 1/2 ripe avocado

  • one mango

  • 1 sprig of mint

  • a small squeeze of honey or agave

Preparation

Blend it all up and BOOM
