In fact, some studies have found that microgreens contain up to 40 times more nutrients than their mature counterparts!
But the benefits of microgreens go beyond their nutritional value. At Sunshine Sprouts, we use hydroponic farming techniques to grow our microgreens, which use 90% less water than traditional farming methods. This helps conserve water and reduce our environmental impact.
Our packaging is made from compostable materials, which helps reduce waste and keep our planet clean. We are committed to promoting sustainable practices in everything we do, from our farming methods to our packaging and delivery.
