2 slices of brioche
2 slices of cheese (you pick!)
1/4 cup of any microgreens (we chose red acre cabbage)
Preheat griddle to 375
Butter the brioche
Place one slice butter side down on griddle. Top with cheese and the microgreens. Add second slice of brioche butter side up. Grill for 2-3 minutes and flip. Grill another 2-3 minutes or until brioche is golden and cheese is melted.
Make this your way with any soft bread, your favorite cheese, and microgreens you have in the fridge. We used sharp cheddar and cabbage. Add a protein to sandwich or pair with soup for a wholesome meal.
